Our Pierogi's are an old traditional family recipe that we're sure any Pierogi lover will enjoy. We've also added some unique flavors for the more adventurous...! Our vision is to create a Pierogi that can serve the needs of those with an appetite for unique gourmet specialty foods. Every Pierogi we create is made with the finest ingredients and a passion for perfection.

In 2006, we began a small business selling Kapusta in the freezer case of local Markets in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. The Kapusta business was a small niche in the market place, but we enjoyed producing and selling to our great retail customers. Every now and then our retail customers would ask us if we ever tried making Pierogi's. One day we decided we would give it a try and low and behold they were a hit with friends and family ( otherwise known as our official taste testers ). So we continued to experiment, and created the varieties you see today. We will never lose sight of our desire to continue creating more unique and fun flavors to share with you our valued customers. Thank you for your support and allowing us the opportunity to do what we love the most cooking and enjoying the company of our customers..!

Our background comes from 20 years of sales, marketing and account management experience, working for fortune 500 companies in the food, drug and general merchandise industries. We love people and we love to share our knowledge of selling quality products to the consumer. So why not create our own product with the highest standards of quality and use our marketing and selling skills to promote. Our grown kids, who all work ( in some manor ) at major food manufacturing facilities offer their ideas and industry knowledge to help support us in our endeavor.

Longways LLC started preparing Pierogi's mid summer of 2009 at the request of several retail customers. Before we created our first pierogi, we vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each Pierogi with as much stuffing as they could handle. We have been known to be over do'ers but we don't mind. LOL..!
